Construction Advances on Alton Biscayne, 336-Unit Luxury Apartment Project in North Miami

NORTH MIAMI, FL — Construction continues to move forward on Alton Biscayne, a 336-unit luxury apartment development taking shape in North Miami, with Kast Construction serving as general contractor on the project.

The development will center on a 12-story residential building constructed on grade, paired with an adjacent 7-story standalone parking garage. Rounding out the property, eight town home-style flats will be built within a detached two-story building lining the westernmost edge of the site.

Amenities are being designed with elevation in mind: the pool, clubhouse and other resident amenity spaces will sit atop the 7-story parking garage, offering views above the surrounding neighborhood. The leasing office, meanwhile, will be located on the ground floor for easy access by prospective residents.
