Water Taxi Miami Beach
The Miami Beach Water Taxi offers a fast, scenic, and stress-free way to cross Biscayne Bay — connecting Miami Beach and mainland Miami in just 20 minutes, with no delays from bridge openings and no competition from other water taxi services on this exclusive route.
Getting There & Connections
On the Miami Beach side, passengers can connect to the South Beach Trolley or Freebee. On the mainland, the OMNI Station provides access to Miami-Dade Transit, and the Downtown–Brickell Freebee serves the Brickell corridor. Parking is easy on both sides of the bay.
Now on Google Maps
The Miami Beach Water Taxi is fully integrated into Google Maps as a travel mode. When planning a trip near either water taxi stop, Google Maps will automatically display the water taxi as a transportation option — making trip planning across the bay effortless.

Hours of Operation (Monday – Friday)
- 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM: Every 60 minutes
- 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Every 30 minutes
No weekend service during the initial launch phase. The water taxi does not operate on observed federal holidays unless otherwise noted.
